We want you to love your Warm Luxury Winter Slippers™! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Only items that meet these conditions are eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at [support email] within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • We will send you instructions on how and where to send the item back.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

  • For defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a free return and replacement.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your slippers for a different size or color, please mention this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, some products such as worn slippers or those without original packaging cannot be returned.
